River Works
These are pieces made from wood found on the tidal banks of the Thames below Tower Bridge. The Boats I-II are made from pieces of river blackened oak. River God is made from a large piece of oak log I found in the river. Needless, to say it was as hard as iron and began to split very badly as it dried out over months and months. It sits outside now in all weathers, home to spiders and snails.
