Down in the bay it was 0.4°C, gusting 38mph ENE, with a feels like of -7°C. Bitter as sin. I found this crabbing gear washed in from a Boulogne boat - the Don Lubi II. It says, 'Boat Don Lubi II. Being repaied. Do not move. The port authority has been notified.'
But how did they know to write that 'the boat is being repaired' before they put the gear out? Preventative maintenance?
